All online orders are shipped using:

Australia Post – Registered Post (Signature on Delivery)

  • Tracking included

  • Signature required upon delivery

  • Secure handling

  • Delivery confirmation

We use Registered Post for your peace of mind, ensuring your jewellery arrives safely and securely.


2. Processing Times

  • In-stock items: 1–3 business days to process

  • Made-to-order items: Processing times vary depending on the piece; estimated timeframes will be provided at purchase

  • Custom or bespoke orders: Production timelines will be communicated directly during the design process

We will notify you once your order has been shipped and provide tracking details.


3. Delivery Timeframes

Australia Post Registered Post estimated delivery windows:

  • Within Queensland: 2–4 business days

  • Interstate (NSW, VIC, SA, TAS): 3–6 business days

  • WA & NT: 5–10 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, public holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.


4. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location and package weight.

Orders over a certain value (if you offer free shipping thresholds — let me know and I’ll add it) can also include free registered shipping.


5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number

  • A link to the Australia Post tracking portal

  • Delivery status updates

You can track your parcel at any time using the Australia Post website.


6. Delivery Requirements

Because we ship valuable items, we require:

  • Signature on delivery for all orders

  • If no one is home, Australia Post will leave a collection card and take your parcel to the nearest Post Office for secure pickup

We do not authorize safe drop for jewellery orders.

If you’d like, I can add international options such as DHL Express or AusPost International Registered.

8. Lost or Damaged Parcels

All parcels are shipped with tracking and oversight; however, if a parcel is delayed, lost, or arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at:
