Beautiful jewellery and incredible service. Through the process of choosing my engagement ring and wedding band, and designing my partner's wedding band, everyone we spoke to at Stones was very friendly, patient and helpful (and always whisked my engagement ring off for a free clean and check while we chatted). I also had them repair and replace a stone on another ring that has a lot of sentimental value to me but isn't 'worth' much - they took it as seriously as if it'd been priceless, giving me several different options and opinions on how to go about fixing it, then had it done within a few days at a really reasonable price. Always recommending Stones to friends!

Buying my engagement ring has been the best experience with you guys. From how you took care of my fiance when he turned up to your store stressing about his small time window, to creating the perfect ring within said small time window, it has been amazing. Not to mention resizing my ring for me TWICE because I didn't get it right the first time. 😂 Thank you for taking such good care of us. I went into Stones on a whim since I couldn't find the carved, stone-less ring style I wanted at any of the chain jewellers (and I felt a bit out of place). Graham served me immediately and found my perfect wedding ring, for a great price too. He answered all my questions about sizing and metals, and even polished my engagement ring from another store. I'll be returning for regular polishes now.

Time and time again they delivered above expectations. They are very knowledgeable, have good ideas when consulted on a new design and listen well when you explain what you are looking for. They go above and beyond to keep customers happy. Paul spent time to design something new for us, addressed all our queries, returned our phone calls.
